StreamGoat.io provides multi-platform RTMP streaming software and related services. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network
• Bypass or circumvent any access controls or license validation
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

Accounts and Licenses

License keys are non-transferable and tied to your account. Sharing, reselling, or distributing your license key is a violation of these Terms and the EULA.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content on StreamGoat.io is owned by HOLLYWOODIOWNU / Lary Gary Mods and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamGoat.io shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
