Make sure the app can reach api.streamgoat.io over HTTPS. Check firewall and antivirus, then try running the installer as administrator.
Verify ports 1935 (RTMP), 80, 443, 3010, and 3011 are open and not blocked.
Check your MP4 fallback file path in settings. Send logs and a screenshot to the support email.
