Our refund policy is designed to be fair. If you have a billing issue, contact us directly and we'll sort it out.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months unless required by law.
Lifetime license purchases are generally non-refundable once the license key has been activated, as the product has been delivered and consumed. If you have not activated your key, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund consideration.
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If the software has a critical defect that prevents it from functioning as described and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund.

If you purchased through a third-party processor (Gumroad, Stripe, etc.), their refund policies may also apply. We will cooperate with their dispute resolution processes.
